Justice trait refers to the stable individual psychological tendency and behavioral characteristics, based on specific justice view and focused on individual behavioral reaction to inequity. This paper explore the effect of justice trait on college students' blaming reaction and helping willingness for innocent victim, which contributes to education on college students' mentle health and enriches the relative theories of social psychology. This paper is based on research review, and works out questionnaires of belief in a just world and justice sensitivity with 308 effective student sample. Then we investigate current characteristics of justice trait among college students and discuss the relationship between belief in a just world, justice sensitivity and second victimization on innocent victim. Finally, we resort to priming of BJW instead of measurement of individual differences in BJW. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Bbelief in a just world and justice sensitivity questionnaires have good reliability and validity; Belief in a just world includes BJW-other-and-present, BJW-other-andfuture, BJW-personal-and-present, BJW-personal-and-future; justice sensitivity includes JSvictim, JSperpetrator, JSobserver.(2) Belief in a just world and justice sensitivity among Chinese college students are above average level, 3.68 and 3.48 respectively. And there are differences in the different demographic variables, such as gender, grade, major, and homeplace, Only-child, average performance and student cadre have interactions with each other.(3) There is a significant positive correlation between the college students' justice traits(just world belief and justice sensitivity) and second victimization on innocent victims. BJW-other-and-present, JSobserver and JSvictim can positively predict the balming reaction to innocent victims; made and JSperpetrator as well as BJW-personaland-future can positively predict the helping willingness for innocent victims.(4) The priming of just world belief is an effective alternative to meansurement of individual differences in belief in a just world. On the condition of priming high belief in a just world, individuals more easily blame innocent victim and reduce helping willingness.
