Research On The Narcissistic Personality Of College Students And Its Relationship With Justice Sensitivity

In the face of unfair events,the emotional reactions and coping strategies of narcissists can be reflected through the sensitivity to justice.This study compiled the Questionnaire on Narcissistic Personality of College Students to explore the differences in the characteristics of narcissistic personality among college students and their relationship with the sensitivity to justice.In the Research I,the Questionnaire on Narcissistic Personality of College Students was compiled.A total of 34 projects were divided into three dimensions:control desire,defensiveness and sense of belonging.Interviews were conducted with15 postgraduates,220 questionnaires were issued at the prediction stage,and 197 valid data samples were collected.The data analysis proved that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good.In the Research ?,a formal questionnaire for measuring phase.To explore the differences and influencing factors of three dimensions of narcissistic personality in college students.Formal questionnaires were issued to universities in Jiangsu,Guangxi zhuang autonomous region and Sichuan province.1200 students were randomly selected to participate in the survey,and 967 students were effectively answered.The results show that:(1)On the dimension of desire for controlling,freshmen are significantly lower than sophomores,juniors and sophomores;The mother adopted authoritarian and laissez-faire parenting style,and the nurturant's desire for control was significantly higher than that of neglect.The father adopts authoritarian parenting style,and the nurturer's desire for control is significantly lower than that of laissez-faire parenting style.(2)On the dimension of defensiveness,freshmen are significantly higher than postgraduates;The influence of paternal rearing style and family economic situation on narcissistic personality.The paternal parenting style was authoritative,and the individual defensive style was significantly higher than the authoritarian parenting style.The economic situation of the family was poor,and the individual was more defensive than other families.(3)On the dimension of belonging,liberal arts students is significantly lower than that of science and engineering students;The influence of paternal rearing styleand whether a child is an only child is not significant.The family economy is poor and middle,and the difference of belonging is marginal.Based on the Sensitivity to Befallen Injustice,this paper further discusses the influence of narcissistic personality on college students' justice sensitivity.The results showed that: in the narcissistic personality questionnaire of college students,the dimension of belonging showed a significant positive predictive effect on all dimensions of college students' justice sensitivity.The dimension of desire for control has a significant positive predictive effect on the sensitivity of all except the offenders.The defensive dimension has a significant positive predictive effect on all except victim sensitivity.Research conclusions:(1)The Questionnaire on Narcissistic Personality of College Students has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool to measure the dimension difference of university students' narcissistic personality;(2)To college students,gender,grade and discipline influence the development of narcissistic personality;Different parental rearing patterns,family economic situation and family structure have an impact on the three dimensions of narcissistic personality of college students.(3)The differences in the dimensions of narcissistic personality of college students can predict the differences in their sensitivity to justice,and can predict their response strength and behavior performance in justice events through personality characteristics.
