| Foreign scholars have carried out a series of studies focusing on antecedents and outcomes of recovery experience,which contributed fruitful achievements of theoretical and empirical research.However,there are still somewhere that can promote.First of all,the measure structure model of the recovery experience has yet been reached a consensus,Mechanism is different among different dimensions,and the relevance of each other is high,there is a certain overlap(kinnunen,Feldt,Siltaloppi,&Sonnentag,2011).Second,although some scholars have pointed out that there were discrepancies on antecedents and result variables of recovery experience,but most researchers still use overall or four dimensions of recovery experience to carried out relevant researches.So previous studies about the effect of the recovery experience for living and working have not reached a consensus.Last but not least,previous researches about the mechanism recovery experience are not enough,however,which can contribute to reveal the internal process and mechanism of recovery experience.Based on the above analysis,this study selected general sample-enterprise staff of various industries and the typical sample-primary and secondary school teachers as the research objects,based on recovery experience theory,we come up with and test the second-order measurement model of the recovery experience,Then we further explore the influence factors and its difference about second-order dimension of recovery experience.Further more,on the basis of spillover ideologies,this research discusses the effect of second-order dimension of recovery experience on professional happiness by examining emotions,mediating role,and build the dual-pathway model of pressure digestion and resources gain.Main contents and conclusions of this study as follows:(1)We analyzed some empirical researches which adopt recovery experience scale and the corresponding theory of four dimensions of the recovery experience,put forward the second-order measurement model of the recovery experience.411 employees are conducted to finish the questionnaire survey,then follow strictly the relevant procedures and requirements about the structure exploration and verification analysis of the scale to test the second-order measurement model.The results show that second-order model of the recovery experience most conforms to the theory assumption,it can be used on related research and practice in future.(2)We analyze the differences of demographic variables on recovery experience among the enterprise staffs,the result show that mastey experience is significant correlation with the degree of education.However,the test result ahout influence factors of the recovery experience’ second-order dimensions show that there is exist differences between detachment experience and mastey experience.Specifically,compared with the mastey experience,work hours predicte negatively detachment experience stronger,and family support supervisor behavior only predict positively mastey experience.(3)Through conducted an investigation among 439 teachers,we found that detachment experience only negetive predict job burnout directly,mastey experience only positive predict job involvement directly.Further more,the mechanism that second dimensions of recovery experience effect on professional happiness is different:detachment experience reduce the job burnout both by pressure digestion path and resources gain path,mastey experience decrease job burnout only by resources gain path.For work engaegement,both detachment experience and mastey experience only through resources gain path to promote job involvement.Further,the analysis of restrictions on the path coefficient of structural equation model shows that detachment experience’effect of pressure digestion path is stronger than resources gain path.Finally,the theoretical and practical value of this study are discussed and combine with study limitations we put forward the direction of future research. |
