As a classic in the history of China's contemporary literature and the main force for "Shaanxi Crusades","White Deer Plain" reflects its remarkable artistic charm,attracting many critics to interpret it in a full range and multiple angles.There are differences in many aspects such as levels of content and forms on Chen Zhongshi's literary criticism in different stages of development.This paper mainly focuses on the criticism school of Chen Zhongshi's literary criticism in the new period so as to assess problems in the historical evolution,pattern construction and spirits connotation of the main body in Chen Zhongshi's literary criticism method and conclude Chen Zhongshi's literary criticism style in the macro grasp and micro perspective.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,the author starts with several dimensions(culture,characters,artistic skills,comparisons and New Historicism)of Chen Zhongshi's criticism,carries out research,and then discusses the bottleneck of Chen Zhongshi's Literary Criticism(critic's theories,artistic appreciation and areas that involve less literary criticism and difficult to get access to).In the end the author states the possibility of reconstructing Chen Zhongshi's Literary Criticism(from perspectives of research methods,the growing ranks of critics especially large numbers of school teachers and students,and the emphasis and encouragement for innovation of professional critics continuously for new research perspectives and fields).The second part is the main body,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the realistic criticism and the secret history of Chen Zhongshi,which contains the following three sections.The first section is the reconstruction and deconstruction: two encoding from historical reality to artistic authenticity,critics either hold a positive attitude towards the writer assuming that the typical image is selected from special things after refining processing,or hold a negative attitude assuming that there are too much fictional composition so it's not entirely realistic.The second section is the dimension and depth: on the basis of mutiple interpretation of realistic criticism,Chen Zhongshi developed China's realism by using the experience of western modernism especially Latin American magic realism,while inheriting artistic skills from folk stories,and integrated both as a new aesthetic,which eliminated political interpretation of "binary opposition" in his early works.New Historicism in works is also the concern to critics.The third section isabout reality and metaphor: Based on the re-discovery of the meaning of the text,the interpretation of the symbolic meaning is collected and summarized from reviewers in accordance with image symbols and mysterious things.The second chapter is about the criticism of text and Chen Zhongshi's cultural complex,which is composed of three sections.The first section is about the presentation of national culture and the contradiction of cultural modernization.The critics make comments from aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of national culture,the impact of modern culture on traditional culture and how to deal with it.The second section is the dialectical interaction between cultural criticism and criticism culture.Cultural criticism is one kind of the criticism mode,emphasizing the multidisciplinary knowledge of commentators and criticism culture(the thoughts of Confucianism,the patriarchal clan system,and the thoughts during the Cultural Revolution period,the culture during the wrong route period and period of reform and opening up).Cultura critics not only observed the repression on human nature under the influence of traditional culture,but also perceived the moral deficiency and life anxiety brought by modern civilization.The third section is about re-criticism: re-learning the mental image of the starting point.Here this mental image refers to theoretical knowledge reserves of the critics and the initial criticism object namely understanding for writers and their works,and requirements for free critical spirits of the criticism subject.The third chapter: stylistic criticism and Chen Zhongshi's language requirements,which is divided into three sections.The first section is peeling and seeking the value of White Deer Plain in linguistics.The author concludes from perspectives of dialects,rhetoric to generalize a linguistic view.The second section is poetic and tension: exploring the grand scope of narrative latitude of "White Deer Plain ".In view of the wide time span of "White Deer Plain ",writers face great challenges in constructing the whole work.The paper discusses art skills according to Chinese and western narrative theory from aspects of the creation of the structure,plot,suspense,space,and other aspects of the art.The third section of inheritance and Transcendence: comparative perspective and perspective comparision.The paper digs out the relationship between Chen Zhongshi and other relative authors and the differences between from the two aspects of domestic and foreign research and vertical and horizontal comparison so as to learn from their experience of creation and supass them.The fourth chapter is the building of the pattern of criticism and Chen Zhongshi's multiple description,which is divided into three sections: The first section is the possiblity of construction of multiple critical patterns.It's discussed from the cultural background and formation conditions of multiple criticism patterns.The second section is the political writing and criticism spirits,from the two aspects of political criticism "disenchantment with" political criticism "Enchantment" and "direct criticism" of the spiritual strength to talk about,criticized not too much influenced by ideology and the loss of the basic rules of art pursuit.The third section deals with the construction of the pluralistic criticism pattern from the following two aspects: Impressionism,myth archetype,feminist criticism and classification of criticism forms.
