The tea horse trade began in the Tang Dynasty,by song and Yuan Dynasties ’development and get reach the peak in the Ming Dynasty.The tea horse trade as a Ming Dynasty official monopoly barter trade will promote regional commercial economic development,commercial development and will promote the rise and development of the town.As Marx said: "the development of business dependence in the city,and the development of the city to have a business"At the beginning of Ming Dynasty,the importance of tea and horse administration.It has formulated strict control regulations to ban tea monopoly and Security Court in the tea horse trade,the town is located in the tea horse trade area began to rise and development in promoting this kind of monopoly business behaviors.However,the Ming Dynasty because of the tea horse trade the existence of government monopoly and mandatory color,its not a conform to the laws of market economy and trade activities,therefore,the rise of towns is not the result of development of market economy,but depends on the tea horse mechanism,distribution and transport of tea resources on the road of geographical location and other factors.After the years of Yongle,the tea horse trade began to gradually decline,the court official of tea monopoly control decreased,and the emergence of a large number of private tea tea business.So that private capital to enter the market,long-term control of the official folk trade market began to perk up.The market towns throughout,new commodity distribution Center began to appear,the development of cities and towns enter the new stage with the free trade as the foundation.
