The Study On The Changes And Development Of Mosuo Culture

Li Dezhu,director of the former National People's Committee,pointed out that culture is an important feature of the nation.Culture is the foundation of the existence of a nation and the motive force of the development of a nation.An important symbol of the existence of each nation as a nation is that it has its own unique culture.It points out that national culture has unique characteristics.Lugu Lake is located at the junction of Liangshan City,Sichuan Province,Lijiang county and Ninglang Yanyuan County,this is a maternal glory shrouded between beautiful lakes,a landscape of lakes and mountains,sparkle.In Lugu Lake life around the continuation of the matriarchal Mosuo people characteristics,for them to maternal blood ties,to mother,to respect women,with emotion as the only practice,men do not marry,they note married women do not marry This unique Mosuo matriarchal culture in the patriarchal society today is precious,the rooted Mother Lake based matriarchal culture to its unique development model has spread,showing its reasonableness and strong vitality,with mysterious exotic and great value of academic research.This paper through on-the-spot investigation around the Lugu Lake Mosuo culture,by Marx's ethnic theory and policy guidance,adopts the methods of literature research,field investigation and theoretical analysis method,in-depth analysis of the reasons for the change.We should extract valuable ideas from the literature,combine theory with practice,and put forward policy countermeasures for the inheritance,protection and development of Mosuo culture.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,there are five parts in the text,as follows:The first part is about the policy of national cultural heritage,protection and development promulgated by the party and the state and local governments.This is the important policy basis to study the change and development of Mosuo culture in Lugu Lake area.The second part br:iefly introduces the historical origin,population distribution and cultural customs of Mosuo people in Lugu Lake area.The third part conducts the research from four aspects of Mosuo people in form of marriage,family structure,home textile,the concept of culture,visited the childhood memories and reality together,were compared on a time,discusses the Mosuo culture through modern baptism,pass a series of changes in the Mosuo happen.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for changes of Mosuo culture from the aspects of economic development,national policy,individual subjectivity and cultural consciousness.The fifth part,aiming at the problems existing in the inheritance,protection and development of Mosuo culture,puts forward constructive suggestions to improve the national cultural protection work.
