In order to explore the effect of mindfulness training on the attention awareness of students and the effect of regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy,this study adopts quasi-experimental research methods.Experimental design method for the experimental group-the control group before and after the design.In a normal university by posting posters and holding the mindfulness training experience lectures to recruit subjects.The subjects were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was trained for eight weeks,once a week and 2.5 hours each time.The control group was not treated.The intervention group was used to measure the regulatory emotional self-efficacy scale,and the experimental group and the control group were measured before and after the intervention and two month after the intervention.The intervention effect was evaluated.At the same time,The subjective report of the experimental group was evaluated as the quality of the intervention.The conclusions are as follows:First:mind training has a significant improvement in college students' mood regulation self-efficacy.Second:mind training on the level of college students mindfulness awareness has a very significant improvement.Third:this training is a combination of Kabakin's Mindfulness Decompression Therapy(MBSR)and Williams's Mindfulness Cognitive Therapy(MBCT)training program,also shows that the combination of these two programs is also effective.
