With the arrival of the experience economy and the further improvement on social,economic and cultural level,the processing technology matured,and the entire packaging industry also saw rapid development in recent years.However,if the packaging design was to be developed further,in addition to purely visual work,the design must be combined with the current experience economy and its touch design.Today's packaging is no longer just about the traditional function of simple packaging,as a part of its brand identity,it also tells the brand's story,promotes its ideas of culture and beauty in today's fierce competition in the market.also In addition,from the consumers' point of view,they also hope that the packaging design speaks their heartfelt feeling that would result in mood fluctuation.Therefore,thinking about packaging design from the perspective of human senses--"touch"--will become one of the development trends of packaging design.In their future designs,designers should express their feelings of the products through different touches and materials,multidimensional designs,and then depending on the nature and structure of the material itself,integrate the touch into the design.Such a comprehensive way of thinking can link users and designers together,through the touch texture design,it can produce emotional interaction with people,to achieve the perfect combination of functional and emotional communication,it is also a development and extension of modern packaging design.Touch design as a new direction of the design development,summarizes the four directions of application strategies in : the material performance in touch texture,the simplified design concept in touch texture,the emotional needs in touch texture,and the marketing strategy of “life style selling” in touch texture.The last conclusion is pointed out that the design trend guided by the touch texture is certain to drive the new economy and consuming ideas,and becomes a new design trend.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part explains the overall research background,research significance,research status quo,and makes a preliminary analysis of the subject,illustrates the research content,purpose and method,etc.Thesecond part is a summarized analysis on the issues related to the relevant theories,from which the focus of the study is made clear,which is to explore the application of touch texture in packaging design,and put forward the concept of touch design.The third part is to explore the developing trend of touch design in the current domestic environment,including the promoting factors from the economic diversification experience under the influence of the era,the low carbon design and marketing concepts.It provides an entry point for discussion for the research in the following texts.The fourth part describes the existing problems of the packaging design,as well as the application strategy research for touch texture in packaging.The fifth part is the analysis on the "Dwarf Pie" packaging positioning,laying the groundwork for the subsequent design.The sixth part is the design practice based on the in the specific performance of “Dwarf Pie” design packaging,in the hope that this can provide some practical experience for myself,as well as bringing new inspiration to Chinese modern packaging design industry.
