Cooperative Learning Approach is a way for students to improve their learning efficiency by group form and Task-based Language Teaching is the way to acquire knowledge in the process of accomplishing tasks.The author combines these two teaching approaches organically,and makes some attempts in Chinese teaching of CMVC: "Chiang Mai Vocational College" in Thailand.The main purpose of offering Chinese courses in Thai vocational colleges is to cultivate students' interests in Chinese,let students know about Chinese culture,learn Chinese related to their own major to facilitate future work.According to the requirements of colleges and the students' demands for language skills,the author set the Chinese courses as Oral Chinese class in Chiang Mai Vocational College.This paper is divided into 5 chapters.The 1st chapter introduces the backgrounds of this paper,the significance of the research and the methods used in the process;and summarized the Cooperative Learning Approach and Task-based Language Teach ing,as well as the Task-based Cooperative Language Teaching Approach in the research field of foreign,domestic and Chinese as a foreign languages.The 2nd chapter summarizes the concept of Cooperative Learning Approach and the concept of Task-based Language Teaching;and on this basis,defines the concept of the Task-based Cooperative Language Teaching Approach,and analyzes its theoretical foundation from the perspectives of linguistics,psychology,pedagogy and second language acquisition theory.The 3rd chapter,through the form of questionnaire survey,Chiang Mai Vocational College students in Chinese learning motivation,learning needs,learning habits and expectations of the Chinese classroom to understand,through the analysis of the findings of the teaching content and classroom teaching model to put forward corresponding suggestions.The 4th chapter investigates the current teaching mode of Chinese oral class in Chiang Mai Vocational College by interviewing and observing methods,and analyzes the existing problems in oral Chinese class.This chapter establishes the model of Task-based Cooperative Language Teaching Approach,and takes a class as an example to describe the teaching practice process under the guidance of this teaching method.The 5th chapter analyzes the teaching effect of the Task-based Cooperative Language Teaching Approach through questionnaires and performance comparison,and reflects the advantages and disadvantages.
