Under The "The Belt And Road" Initiative

“The Belt and Road” is a brand-new policy and guiding ideology led by the CPC central committee which take comrade Xi Jinping as the core of leadership.In addition to its political and economic values,"The Belt and Road" also has very important value in displaying Chinese culture.Cultural communication and exchange have great significance in promoting the development of the “The Belt and Road”.This is also an important way for China to participate in the globalization process through the “The Belt and Road”.Chinese art songs are works of art that have both Chinese national characteristics and era characteristics.They are part of the culture with Chinese characteristics.Chinese art songs are important for strengthening the dissemination of Chinese excellent culture abroad,are showing the long history and culture of China,and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With the incomparable passion for Chinese art songs and the original intention of spreading the Chinese excellent works of art,this article chooses to explore the Chinese art songs in the context of “The Belt and Road”.I hope that through this article,we can provide some theoretical references and help for Chinese art songs to go to the international arena.This article mainly elaborates on four aspects.The first part mainly explains the source and the significance of the topic,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods of this article.The second part mainly introduces the initiative of“The Belt and Road” in relation to the part of Chinese art songs,and in this policy environment,it focuses on the importance of cultural exchanges going abroad.The third part introduces in detail the development of Chinese art songs from generation to the present stage,and the development of Chinese art songs in different social contexts.It also introduces some outstanding composers and their works in different periods.The fourth part is also the core argument of this paper,expounding the methods of Chinese art songs going to the world.The first is to preserve the national characteristics and era characteristics of Chinese art songs;Secondly,in the singing method,Chinese art songs should becombined with the Western Bel Canto,and detailed explanations should be given from the following aspects: singing posture,breathing patterns,articulation,and emotional expression;Finally,it discusses the ways of dissemination,including the dissemination through educational methods,through new media networks,and the dissemination of related activities.With the support of “The Belt and Road” policy,the promotion of Chinese art songs as one of the treasures of Chinese musical art and culture will not only show the world the outstanding culture of the Chinese nation,but also improve the international influence of Chinese culture,and promote the exchange and common development and prosperity of the world's ethnic music.
