"The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road"(B&R)is one of the currently important national initiative in China. In this initiative,it includes not only Chinese capital how to "go out" and China Yuan how to "go global" of the real problem, but also thinking of Chinese culture how to "go out" and Chinese temperament how to "go out". Ancient Silk Road is not only the performance of China's economic prosperity, but also the highlight of Chinese cultural prosperity. It is worthy of our thinking that how to promote the spread of Chinese culture along the countries and regions, cultural exchanges and cultural integration between countries and regions along the road, system construction of B&R and how to achieve the common prosperity and development along the countries and regions in the context of the B&R.Combining the strategic development requirements about B&R, this paper makes a systematic study of Chinese culture spreading along the road, based on the existing relevant intercultural communication theories. On the one hand, some countries very much doubt about the B&R, and question the validity of Chinese purpose and intention. In a setting of this, dissemination of Chinese culture must be suffered for each country's query. China should establish a new image of a responsible power,to eliminate the misunderstanding of countries in China, which also supports the necessity of Chinese culture communication under the background of B&R. On the other hand, culture can promote the development of social politics and economy. Construction of B&R needs culture as support. It needs people-to-people bonds to reduce the resistance in the process of construction and various problems and contradictions arising from different ideology to strengthen the communication of national political,economic and cultural and promote the common prosperity and development of all countries along the road.This paper puts forward that the strategy of implementing Chinese culture in B&R is to adhere to the principle of comprehensive and objective, the principle of combination of guidance and filtering and the principle of harmonious development of all-embracing.It is necessary to give full play to the religion, the enterprise and the role of government and non-governmental organizations, and promote the building of international talent think tank to master cultural initiative and broaden the channels of cultural transmission to expand the radiation surface of Chinese culture , improve the quality of cultural transmission and promote the system construction of cultural integration of Silk Road.
