Research On The Selection Of Tachnical Skill In Indivicdual Repertory Of "Taoli Cup" Chinese Classical Dance Youth

“Taoli Cup” Dance Competition,the top compition of Chinese dance,represents the highest dance level of all specialized colleges and universities and the preeminent technical skills.Chinese classical dance technical skills is a vital component of dance dramas,and the emotions of the work can be more fully expressed by the reasonable application of the technical skill,which can further reflect the skill level of dancers.Therefore,how to apply technical skills apporiately to enhance works in dance has become the key factor in the judgement of dance dramas.This theis is to make a research on technical skills of the excellent dance dramas in the 7th to the 11th(the recent five compitions)“Taoli Cup” Chinese classical dance youth group A solo dances(a total of 50 dramas)through methods of literature review,video analysis and mathematical statistics.From the quantitative analysis of the five aspects of the quantity the selection,the degree of difficulty,the distribution situation,the skill type of technical skills,the thesis aims at summaring the rules and the existing problems of the technical skills arrangement in excellent Chinese classical dance dramas.Research results:(1)Because of the constant emphasis on artistry and “de-skillized”,the quantity of technical skills in Chinese classical dance dramas declines.(2)The technical skills in excellent dance dramas are of medium degree of difficulty in general,among which the single difficult skill is more frequently used than the combination of skills or special skills.The main development direction of technical skill difficulty in the future is to creat new special skills and to increase skill complexity.(3)In terms of the selection of technical skills,there is an imbalance between male dancers who mainly adopt skills of jumping,rotation and rolling and females who are inclined to use skills of control,jumping and rotation.The key to balance and enrich the types of technical skills lies in the breaking of the boundaries between the different physical qualities of the sexes.(4)The distribution of technical skills layout from high to low are as follows: plot development,story climax,the beginning of story,introduction,and the end of story.The plot development has become a major part of the technical skills in classical dance choreography.(5)There are problems of “emphasis on emotion and neglect of skill”,lacking of creative thinking in technical skills and deliberate adoption of technical skills in choreography of some excllent dance dramas.To solve these problems,we should seek the deep understanding of dancing situation,achieve “harmony in emotion and skill”,strengthen innovation consciousness,increase the nationality characteristics,combine with the “body rhyme”,and minize the overt use of skills.
