Study On The Second Style Of Aerobic Dance

Aerobic dance is an emerging sport event,first appearing in international competitions in the 2011 world university games,and appearing in the world aerobics championships in 2013.The aerobics style of aerobic dance is complex and diverse and more artistic,especially the second style,need to fully develop the innovative ability of coaches and athletes,test their selection of music,rhythm control,fuck the smooth connection of the level of comprehensive ability.In the 2017 rule,the second style of aerobic dance can only be for street dance,which makes it more difficult to select and create the second style of aerobic dance,higher requirements were put forward.In this paper,through literature method,interview method,video analysis,mathematical statistics on the gymnastics world championships in 2014 and 2016 aerobic dancing before eight video data,as well as the 2017-2020 edition of the new rules under the guide of the 2017 aerobic dancing heats before six video data analysis,aims to provide new ideas for the second style diversification aerobic dance street dance,on the layout more rationalization,in order to enhance our aerobic dancing project development status in the world.Based on the research results shows that:1.In 2014 and 2016,the use of the second style street dance moves up in the world aerobics championships.In 2017,under the new rules to guide the second style types and cooperate with use of street dance street dance movements using the increase,not only highlights the artistic expression of the athletes and ultra high technology level,also reflected the BianPaiZhe more in-depth understanding of street dance movements,use more flexible and mature.2.The second style of the street dance is more in the middle 1/3 of the complete set of movements,the formation of the formation varies,and the utilization rate of the formation is significantly increased.The abundant formation changes can better interpret the complexity and aesthetic feeling of the street dance movements,and also provide better development space for the dance movement.3.The second style hip-hop on the use of space transformation,and ground level is on the rise,fluency,and the use of space space level change of diversity,better able to highlight the uniqueness of the action and complexity,also can show the BianPaiZhe show for the second style of artistic perfection.4.In the second style hip-hop actions on the way,a way to cooperate with the use of increased,two way the use,under the guidance of the new rules not only the pursuit of the way the action of the complexity,pay more attention to the second style combines action and cooperation way,with numerous reduction,improve the overall artistic style.5.Compared with the two competitions in 2014 and 2016,the second style hip-hop aerobics in 2017 BPM value volatility smaller,more stable state,make coaches in choosing what more targeted,but also more convenient to the referee to judge.
