Against the background of thriving economic globalization, our country has actively raised the level of opening up to the opportunities and challenges brought about by economic globalization. In the process of adapting to the globalization of the economy, external shocks have become increasingly influential factors affecting China's domestic economy Especially after China's accession to the World Trade Organization, its domestic economy began to slow down in the face of external shocks such as the financial crisis, showing the same trend with the major trading partners'economies.China's domestic economy and The degree of dependence among the major trading partners is getting higher and higher, and their business cycles are also becoming increasingly coordinated. At the same time, social informationization and cultural diversification are also deepening.Culture plays a more prominent role in the international exchanges.Culture is an important soul of a nation and a nation.Cultural exchange is an important part of promoting the development of the bilateral relations.Based on the level of cultural exchanges between the two countries, the level of inevitability is an important determinant of the economic exchanges between the two countries. However, the existing researches in China and abroad are still mainly focused on the mechanism of business cycle synergy from the aspects of bilateral foreign direct investment, bilateral industrial structure similarity and bilateral intra-industry trade, and the analysis of the economic synergy It is ignored. Therefore,it is necessary to study the current economic synergies between our country and major trading partners from the perspective of cultural factors.First of all,the paper defines the concepts of cultural blending and business cycle symbiosis, and combs the relevant literature on the economic synergy and the cultural influence on the business cycle.Secondly, from the perspective of transaction costs and consumer choice, the author expounds the theoretical mechanism of the positive effect of cultural blending on the business cycle synergies.Thirdly, with the help of Hofstede's(1980)theory of national cultural dimension,we construct the index of cultural integration and describe the present situation of the national cultural integration and business cycle of our country with major trading partners. Finally, the regression results show that:(1)When cultural blending is regarded as a whole variable, the cultural interaction between our country and its major trading partners is positively correlated with the business cycle synchronization. That is,the higher the degree of cultural interaction between our country and major trading partners is,the more harmonious its economic cycle is.When the cultural blending is a four-dimensional combination variable, the influence of the uncertainty-avoidance intersection on the economic cycle synergy is a negative correlation, the power distance fusion has a significant positive correlation with the economic cycle synergy,However,on the whole, the degree of cultural interaction has a positive correlation with the economic synergies.(2)There are group differences in the impact of intercountry cultural intercourse on business cycle synchronization, which is manifested in that the impact on China and developing countries is greater than that between China and developed countries.(3)There are time differences in the impact of intercountry cultural intercourse on the business cycle symbiosis.Specifically, the impact of intercountry cultural intercrossing on the business cycle synchronization in 2002-2014 is greater than that of 1992-2001.
