After the Anti-Japanese War began,People all around China tried their best to resist Japanese aggression;and the patriotic soldiers even fought back the Japanese invaders with their blood and lives on the front line. However,as for the extreme equipment and supply gap between the National Revolutionary Army and the Japanese invaders, the logistics supply of the National Revolutionary Army was always stretched.Although the Kuomintang government adjusted the supply mode and quantity every now and then, the situation still remained hard to be solved that there was a huge lack of physical supply. In the last phase of the war,the Kuomintang government set up a supply committee, which was dedicated to the supply of subsidiary food and horse fodder in various regions; It was true that this supply committee made a certain contribution to the logistics supply of the National Revolutionary Army, but it can't be denied that there were a number of problems in it,ranging from the arrangement, establish and foundation to its dissolution. All these problems revealed the varied conflicts within the Kuomintang government. And at the same time, they indicated the downfall of the Kuomintang Party as well.Taking Sichuan Supply Committee and its work for the supply of subsidiary food and horse fodder as an example, this thesis will mainly be divided into four chapters, which will give detailed analyses to the background information of its founding, preliminary preparation, general situation of its establishment, and its work of raising, transferring, adjust accounts, the distribution of physical supply and the existing problems and its final dissolution and so on.
