The return of the soul in literary works is usually interpreted as the return and resurrection of a man after death.In the ancient Chinese and Korean literature,there are many works of the motif of returning to the soul,especially in China.Most of the works depicting return souls are material for men's marriage and love.They are the love stories of the spirits of the nether world and the heroes and heroines of the world,so they are more romantic.Soul novels,originated in the Wei dynasty and JinChina mystery novels,since similar themes in various dynasties have been developed,has been extended to the Qing Dynasty "The Strange Tales FromLiaozhai".The novel soul back to Korea,mostly affected by China novels,such as "YouXianKu”to "Double Female Grave","JianDengXinHua"of "JinAo Xin Hua" effect etc..This influence greatly widens the creation vision of Korean novelists and enriches the subject category of Korean novels.So far,the relationship between the ancient Chinese and South Korea literature has been carried out quite deeply between various literary genres,and the research results are also obvious.In this case,the results of previous studies based on the similarities and differences of study soul novels while China and South Korea to discuss South Korea soul novel features or innovative points of inquiry,return to the soul of the common cultural connotation of the works,to precipitate their own national culture psychology,aesthetic and religious factors,to help explore China and South Korea the "soul" motif of literary or cultural value and significance.Because the China soul works variety,this paper chooses the representative " Han zhong and Ziyu,"The Peony Pavilion","Li Hun Ji"three articles;and South Korea selected works of "ShuangNv Fen ","Wan Fu Si Chu Pu Ji","Li Sheng KuiQiangZhuan"," Biography of Liang Shan-bo" four articles.Based on parallel literature,influence research,literary psychology and literary sociology,the following contents are investigated in this paper.First,the second chapter discusses the types and characteristics of the theme of returning to soul in China and Korea.After the detailed analysis of the various works in China and Korea,the classification of the characteristics of Ann's return to the soul is made.Then,the similarities and differences between the plot,the way of returning to the soul,the result and the way of reference are compared and analyzed by tables.Secondly,the third chapter mainly discusses the cultural connotations in the theme of returning to soul in China and Korea.Specifically,from the aspects of national psychology,aesthetic taste and religious ideology,it clarifies the common cultural factors contained in the theme of Chinese and Korean return to the soul,and at the same time,it releases their own characteristics.
