Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Project Implementation Of The 'Rural School Children's Palace'

For a long time,in China rural schools have been affected by the educational concepts,school conditions,and the level of teachers,leading to comprehensive quality of students is becoming weaker and weaker.The construction of the rural children palaces could promote the country juveniles which would hold activities and improve the comprehensive quality.And it also is an important measure to improve the weak situation of students' extracurricular activities place.Rural school children' s palace is necessary for the rural children because of its effectiveness for building of the thought and the public cultural services,which can raise students' diathesis of morality,science and healthy.Also,as a new educational pattern,rural children' s palace infuses more energy to the rural small-scale schools,and resolve the problems of school.Therefore,it has great theoretical and practical significance to study the current situation and countermeasures of the construction of rural school children's palaces.The paper uses the survey literature,investigation,observation and other research methods to investigate the current situation of the children' s palace in Longjing Y school,and explore some problems from two aspects which are the construction of the place and activity.Then the paper will analyze the influencing factors form the importance of the leader,budget,and construction of teaching staff.Combined with Y school' s experience,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of children's palace in rural schools,and provides some references for its development.What we had discussed above the research,we find that there are three problems,First,lack of fund;Second,non-standard institutional management and lack of training;Third,out of special activities and effect.In view of the above problems,this survey supplies some suggestions,First,broadening the channels of special subsidy funds,Second,standardizing management system,improving teacher training;Third,increasing publicity and raising social concerns,organizing special activities and so on.This paper will help to enrich the achievement of the rural children' s palace constructing and provide references for improving the current situation of the construction of the rural children' s palace and the development of the rural small-scale schools.
