Education is an effective way to improve the quality of the people.As of 2016,there are 228 million rural minors in our country,accounting for 75.92% of the total number of minors nationwide.At present,the quality education of rural minors in our country is still at the initial stage.Construction of rural minors extracurricular activities venues can further enhance the comprehensive quality of rural minors and effectively reduce the gap between urban and rural areas in education development.Then,the overall quality of people and the degree of social civilization will be enhanced.Therefore,the fairness of education,the rational allocation of educational resources,the focus of resources to the rural areas,remote,poverty,ethnic areas tilt,actively promoting the equal education of migrant workers children etc.have gradually become the focus of the party and the state.In 2011,the Central Civilization Office,the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education jointly implemented the construction of rural school children's palace project.The project which used the central special lottery public welfare fund,effectively promoted the transformation of rural education.It also optimized the original educational model and content,and promoted the comprehensive development of rural children in quality education.In addition,the project improved the educational conditions of rural minors,and meet the needs of students in all aspects.Based on the field investigation,this paper has grasped the basic situation of children's palace in rural schools in Chongqing,and we found that there were problems in the development process of children's palace in rural schools in Chongqing.According to the experience of other regions,we provided the targeted,effective and workable recommendations for the long-term development of children's palace in rural schools.The article firstly introduced the basis of the research,including the research background,the theoretical basis,the related concepts and so on.Secondly,the data from questionnaire and the interview were analyzed comprehensively,and the development status of the construction of children's palace in rural schools were understood truly.Thirdly,we summarized the achievements made in the construction of children's palace in rural schools in Chongqing,such as activity setting,student development,school level and management system.We also found the problems of children's palace in rural schools in Chongqing in the construction of talent,activity setting,the place and equipment of activities.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of other provinces,we put forward some suggestions on funds,talent construction,assessment,mental health of students and so on.It provided a reference for further building the carrier and platform of the ideological and moral construction of the rural minor,and also provided a reference for promoting the better development of rural quality education.
