On The Expression Of The Humanity Of Symbolism Painting And Its Influence On Modern Painting

Symbolism was one of the main schools of artistic ideological trends in the late 19th century.Under the background of social change,artists are full of the illusion of the future,seeking and exploring the inner peace.They use their own expression to explore the reflection of human nature,hence the death of life,love and desire,mysterious world and a series of theme paintings.They use symbolic language features,metaphorically,implicitly and symbolically,to carry out philosophical thinking on human nature.This article chooses to explore the struggle of the artists behind symbolist painting from the perspective of human nature.First of all,this paper points out the problems of human nature in the symbolic painting at the beginning,and discusses the research status and significance of the research on human nature in the symbolic painting.Secondly,it discusses the background and development of the symbolic painting.Then in the central part,it discusses the representation of the diversity of human nature in the symbolic painting.In this paper,the author interprets and explores the painting concepts and language features of the symbolist artists,Gauguin,Klimt and Redon,to demonstrate the reflection of symbolist painting artists on different aspects of human nature.Finally,this paper discusses the influence of symbolism painting on modern painting,as well as the enlightenment of symbolism painting to its own painting practice,by giving examples,hoping that through the exploration of symbolic painting,it can open a wider road for the development of painting.
