In the 40 years since the establishment of the field of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(TCSOL)in 1978,scholars have made great achievements in the study of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods.Because of Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarter,many research teachers gradually promote the study of disciplines to new heights through the collision of theoretical and practical teaching.However,there are relatively few studies on teachers among these researches.As the most important subject in the TCSOL classroom,teachers play the leading role,and the shortage of relevant research cannot adapt to teaching any more.Aiming at this problem,this paper focuses "teacher" and "teaching language",which contains the comprehensive quality of teachers,combining with the author's overseas teaching experience,and referring to the achievements of teaching language researches in other teaching classes,tries to analyze teaching language through practicing and theory researches.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction of the reality,necessity,development direction and other aspects of the study of the teaching language's background,comprehensive study achievement of TCSOL and other subjects,combined with the experience of practical case,and come out the research content and methods.The second part includes the collation and reflection of definition,summarizes the characteristics and reclassifies the subject scientifically.The third and fourth parts are the key chapters of this paper.The third part provides guidance idea for the teaching language of TCSOL and the fourth part summarizes the experiences according to the real case analyzing.The fifth part is conclusion,summing up the research of this paper,puts forward the innovation and deficiency in the research process.In general,this paper aims to contribute to teaching language of TCSOL and to provide some help for the teachers in the teaching language development.
