As a core and basic course,the advanced comprehensive course plays an important role in the special skills course of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages and the teaching of specialized courses.The advanced stage students,already have the knowledge of Chinese knowledge and skill.for students,the more important one is to learn to use Chinese,to learn to be able to mobilize the Chinese knowledge in the brain to interact with people in real life.Therefore,choosing an appropriate teaching methods,satisfying the demand of the teachers teach stude nts knowledge and skills,and meeting the needs of students to use Chinese communication with people,which is the problem urgently to be solved in the present advanced comprehensive course.Currently,case teaching methods we often refer to is a teaching method successfully applied by Harvard business school,it means that teachers write cases based on typical events in the real world,then students analyze and discuss the case,and finally the student writes a case report.The teaching goal is not only to make students analyze cases,but also to learn how to solve problems in cases.The use of Case methods of teaching can shorten the gap between classroom teaching and real life,so that students can master the knowledge and skills necessary for real life without having to go out of the classroom.In this paper,the author tries to combine the advanced comprehensive courses with the case methods of teaching to discuss the feasibility of application.Survey teaching effectiveness,Summarize,reflects,and tries to find a classroom that satisfies both teachers and students.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance and value of the topic,the research content and research methods,a nd the literature review on the existing researches at home and abroad.The second chapter comprehensively introduces the theoretical knowledge of the case methods of teaching and the advanced comprehensive course of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages.It mainly includes the development,meaning,characteristics and main teaching links of the case methods of teaching;the content,nature and characteristics of the advanced comprehensive course.The third chapter is the feasibility analysis and demonstration of applying case methods of teaching in the advanced comprehensive course.It is mainly through questionnaire survey and interview with teachers and students to determine whether the case methods of teaching can be applied to advanced comprehensive courses.The fourth chapter is instructional practice.It mainly focuses on the preparation activities that teachers and students need to do in the application of case method of teaching in advanced comprehensive courses,and gives a detailed description of the whole process of teaching practice.The fifth chapter investigates the teaching effect of teaching practice.Survey methods include questionnaires and interviews.The sixth chapter is the summary and reflection of applying case method of teaching in the advanced comprehensive course.
