Based on the opportunity of the “decoupling” reform of the China Sport Dance Federation,with reference to the “Going Global” concept of domestic competition brands under the strategy of “One Belt and One Road” strategy,the innovation and innovation ability of the event culture will be intensified.The development of sports dance events can draw on sports events.Examples of commercial operation are to perfect itself so as to realize the greatest value of the event brand.The study selects the commercialization of sports dance events as an entry point,and analyzes the problems in the commercialization of sports dance competitions through questionnaires and field surveys.It is intended to explore solutions and reference strategies based on interviews with experts to explore the association from What aspects should be taken to improve the commercialization of the competition in order to improve the level of the association's competition and to better play the benefits of the event so as to promote the healthy development of China's sports dance competitions.Research indicates:1.Through interviews and analysis of existing materials,it can be seen that the national sports dance championship has a brilliant schedule,the proliferation of tournament co-organizers in the past five years,the increase in the proportion of media support,and the increase in the size of the number of people and group items,all of which have promoted The development of the event.The event management organization is a top-down relationship and belongs to the organization of event management under the unified coordination of the Community Sports Center of the General Administration of Sport of China.Organizations perform their duties,with the Ministry of Competition as the central department,and to ensure the unification of work progress while ensuring the same coordination and mutual assistance with other departments.2.Through interviews and surveys conducted by event sponsors and event staff,it was learned that there are four ways to raise funds for the National Sports Dance Championships.One is from government funding;the second is that the China Sports Dance Federation will pass its own tender Name the unit and the sponsor unit to raise funds;third is the contestant registration fee;fourth is the tournament ticket sales.Although the fund raising channels for competitions are relatively stable,there are a large number of expenditure items,including expenditures on the six aspects of referee labor,venue leasing and arrangement,performing guest fees,advertising media propaganda,prizes and bonuses,and miscellaneous events.Judging from the long-term development of the event,the exploitation of asset resources to be developed during the commercialization of the event will be more beneficial to the development of the event.3.Through interviews and field surveys,it has been learned that the current promotion methods for sports dance events are mainly training promotion and media promotion.The training promotion emphasizes the promotion concept of “training and competitions” and provides a stage for the exchange and display of enthusiasts of sports dance through the event's public welfare class activities;the media promotion has established the central government as a leader,including CCTV5.The Television Advertising Alliance produced a large number of news and special topics for the event to enhance the social influence of sports dance.From the event level,it can be seen that the number of the divisions and the scale of the events are gradually expanding,reflecting the promotion of events from the side.Has a certain effect.4.Through the questionnaire survey,the contestants were dissatisfied with the competition by referee fines,confusion,and minor areas.The audience was not satisfied with the event and focused on the quality of the audience.Garbage did not take away.,indoor smoking and more uncivilized phenomenon.On the stadium consumption,some visitors suggested that related technical books,textbooks,DVDs,CDs,music,etc.of the events around the event such as the World Federation of Sport Dance Federations or the China Sports Federation can be added,and public WIFI can be opened in the venues of the events through WIFI and official APP promotes event information or uses the official APP to perform interactive sessions inside the venue to increase the enthusiasm of the audience.5.Taking the National Sports Dance Championship as an example,there are problems in the commercialized operation of sports dance competitions,which mainly include the limitation of fund-raising channels,the maintenance of the commercialization of competitions,the lack of assurance of the media's promotion orientation,and the lack of packaging and operation of the project stars in the event promotion marketing.The popularity of the cultural base of the event needs to be improved.
