With the rapid development of economy and culture,now we are in an era of big data,the huge amount of data and easy for designers brought a new challenge,that people are becoming widely selectivity.Against the backdrop of this rapid development,the community needs more creative design talent,meanwhile,the design began to be pay attention to corporate managers,this emphasis is no longer regarded as brand,product into the market the last link,but,in favor of letting the designer into the enterprise internal links,and even the promotion of "the same as the designer thinking" in the corporate culture,is on such a timing point,service design began to slowly approached our vision.Standing in the field of visual communication point of view,there are two problems are plaguing us,on the one hand,we find troubled visual communication graduate employment rate,the employment pressure;on the other hand,poor designers and customer communication.It has also become the source of conveying visual designer heart trouble.So,we have to how to solve these problems?Article is standing visual communication point of view,to study a new theory-service design,in the study we found that service design advocated "people-oriented","create a good user experience," and so on,can we help visual communication professional,understand the new needs of the enterprise,and use it as a methodology,a way to change the relationship with customers,changes in the employment relationship as cooperation,create a relationship.Of course,this is not a fake big empty slogan,because the service is a system design,cross-disciplinary field,which contains many of them from anthropology,market research,organizational design,linguistics,and even more management system methods that are collectively referred to as tools.With these tools,designers can clearly understand the customer,the real needs of consumers,and thus can achieve communication and cooperation in the true sense with customers to create.Thesis’s final conclusion,mainly through the introduction of these tools,understanding and further to describe in visual communication design process,how to select,and use these tools.After these studies,visual communication to tell today’s students,we are engaged in the professional range is becoming wider,our job functions should actually be thinking of an innovative control of them.Design thinking this idea of cross-border cooperation in the period,with creative thinking,to grasp the visual transmission of us to reach a new theory,update their field of vision,it is very critical.
