The Research On Related Policy By Western Jin Ruling Wu After Pacifying Wu Area

The Western Jin dynasty was the only unified one in the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties.The unification of the Western Jin dynasty was established on the basis that the Western Jin dynasty calmed down the Wu Area.Therefore,how to govern the new annexation of Wu Area was an important factor in maintaining a unified situation of the Western Jin dynasties.At the same time,the operation and management of Wu Area by the Western Jin dynasty laid the foundation of the southward movement of the Jin dynasty.The study of the policies of Wu Area after being pacified helps us to explore the relationship between the Western Jin and the Wu Area,and also helps us to deepen the comprehensive understanding of the political system in the Western Jin dynasty.From the perspective of the history of political system,the paper systematically studied the policies of the Western Jin government in the Western Jin dynasty from three aspects: military,economic,and employment.The Western Jin Dynasty had long term enforced Cuo Yi Policy in Wu Area after pacifying it.Furtherer more,it still retained the military forces to guard the Wu Area and had a tight military control over it in the case of a general reduction of state and county soldiers throughout the country.The reform of Cuo Yi Policy of the Western Jin dynasty was also based on the characteristics of the family members in the military system of Sun Wu.According to the unearthed literature and the handed-down literature,it could be seen that the economic policies formulated by the Western Jin government had specific elements for Wu Area barbarians and great families from the "Hu Diao Policy".At the same time,the Pin Guan Yin Ke Policy in the Western Jin dynasty was also affected by Sun Wu Policy.Through the classification and analysis of the life background of the governors appointed by Western Jin dynasty in Wu Area,it could be seen that the close courtiers and trusted followers were appointed to guard Jing Area and Yang Area,whereas the old subordinates of Wu Area were appointed in more remote Jiao Area and Guang Area.Based on above situations,a family power was formed in Jiao Area and Guang Area.In addition,the imperial princes were sent to guard the Wu Area inmany times,and one of them named Sima Rui,the Langya king,laid the foundation of the Eastern Jin dynasty by his operation in Wu Area.The overall policy was based on strict monitoring,suppression,and weakening the forces of the Wu Area after pacifying Wu Area.In the process of ruling of the Wu Area,the changes of military policy and economic policy of the Western dynasty were deeply affected by the old policy of the Wu Area.
