Yukio Mishima is a famous modern Japanese writer.His masterpieces include Confessions of a Mask,The Temple of the Golden Pavilion,Spring Snow and so on.His works are very popular in Japan and have been repeatedly adapted as films and drams production on the screen and in the stage.And his works have been translated into many different languages and spread in western countries.Yukio Mishima is highly rated and even twice nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature,which triggered many scholars to study him.Although Mishima Yukio has worldwide influence,there has been quite a lot of twists and turns in its acceptance in China.In order to fully understand the research situation of Yukio Mishima in China,this thesis collected almost all the translations,publications and researches of Yukio Mishima's works in China.This thesis consists of four parts.The introduction part introduces the life and work of Mishima Yukio,the status of research in Japan,the status of research in China,and the purpose and methods of research.The first chapter sorts out the research status of Mishima Yukio's research in China since the 1970 s.The study of Mishima Yukio in Japan has undergone a change in the research paradigm.Some scholars criticized the militarism and Bushido spirit expressed in Yukio Mishima's works from the perspective of politics,and opposed the acceptance and study of Yukio Mishima from the perspective of national dignity;others resisted pressure to promote Mishima Yukie Her husband's study towards literary independence made great progress in the study of Yukio Mishima's literature.The translation of Yukio Mishima's works has involved prose,drama,and literary theory,and many series of Mishima Yukio's works have appeared.More and more researchers have joined the Mishima Yukio research team.The results of Yukio Mishima's research are becoming more and more abundant.There are more than 200 papers in individual papers,and more than 70 papers on master's theses.Several new Mishima literature studies.In addition,the perspectives of Yukio Mishima's research are gradually diverging.Narratology,psychoanalysis,psychoanalysis,structuralism,feminism,existentialism,nihilism,and comparative literature have related researches.The research is getting deeper and deeper.The second chapter summarizes the main concerns of Yukio Mishima's research from the micro level and divides it into two themes: thematic research and formal research.The research on Yukio Mishima's works is the focus of our research on Yukio Mishima.It focuses on four perspectives: the outlook on life and death,the concept of male color,the view of nature,and the concept of nothingness.The research results are very rich.However,there are not many formal studies on Mishima's works.The structural analysis of the works mainly focuses on the "Kinkakuji Temple".There are only four papers on narrative research of Mishima literature.This shows that the study of Mishima Yukio in our country has obvious imbalances and light forms.The third chapter is to reflect on the research of Yukio Mishima's research in the first two chapters.First of all,through the comparison with Yukio Mishima's acceptance of the situation in the United States,the inadequacies of China's Mishima Yukio's study were found.In terms of translation and translation,the translation and translation of Mishima Yukio's works in China mainly focuses on several novels,and there are many gaps in the translation and translation of short stories,plays,and poetry;in terms of research monographs,our country has only A few research monographs about Mishima Yukio,and most of the research materials were obtained from the studies of Japanese scholars and American scholars.There were few unique findings of their own,and the doctoral thesis of Mishima Yukio was not yet available.In terms of research objects,most of the researchers have focused on a few works such as The Temple of the Golden Pavilion and Confessions of a Mask,but the research on other works has not gone deep enough.In the study of literary history,there are few books written by Chinese scholars on Japanese literary history,including Yukio Mishima;in comparative research,the scope of comparison between Mishima and other writers is limited to Japan,China,and the United States.A few writers are very incomplete.Then from the point of view of aesthetics,we consider the characteristics of the cur rent studies of Yukio Mishima in China and the influencing factors of its insufficiency,mainly from the perspective of the context of the times,literary traditions,and readers' current reading preferences.The conclusion part summarizes the research carried out in this thesis and reflects on the analysis of the status,characteristics,deficiencies and influencing factors of Yukio Mishima's research,and puts forward suggestions from two aspects: translation and research.In the translation of Mishima Yukio's works,more attention should be paid to the translation works,especially most of Mishima's dramatic works,poetry,and short stories.At the level of Mishima Yukio's literary research,junior scholars should go beyond the scope of predecessors' researches,improve upon research perspectives,and explore more of the author's aesthetics that Mizo Yukio's works reflect.Yun,in particular,should pay more attention to the language features and writing techniques of Mishima's works.
