Research On The Active Protection Mode Of Zi Que-jie Agricultural Heritage

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,people are pursuing a healthy and natural tourism life style,and the village becomes the final"poetic habitat".The agricultural heritage of terraced fields is a precious tourist resource in the beautiful rural tourism,and the study of the active protection and effective use of agricultural heritage resources is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of rural leisure tourism and heritage land.Based on the theory of sustainable development,collected and learned from the experience of the development model of active protection of agricultural cultural heritage of typical terraces at home and abroad.Then tries to construct the model of the living mode of Ziquejie agricultural heritage,which is not only helpful to promote its agricultural heritage into a benign cycle of sustainable development,but also provides theoretical references and solutions for other agricultural cultural heritage sites and underdeveloped rural areas.On the basis of literature research,combined with the inherent resources and development of Ziquejie agricultural heritage,an active protection index system for agricultural cultural heritage has been established,covering industrial development,landscape environmental protection,heritage cultural protection,facilities and services,and management mechanisms.The 25 target layers of the target layer are aimed at finding out the problems in the active protection of the clams by quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing.This will provide data support and direction for the construction of a live protection model for agricultural heritage.Through the investigation and analysis of the field of Ziquejie agricultural heritage,the following results were obtained:Firstly,the evaluation of expert weights shows that:1)The environmental protection rights of the landscape are the most important in the target layer,followed by the protection of heritage culture,industrial development,facilities and services,and finally,the management mechanism;2)The landscape protection index layer has the largest authenic weight in the terrace landscape protection,and the greatest weight in the heritage culture protection indicator layer is the development degree of the farming handicraft production activities.The most important factor in the industrial development layer is the distinctively positioned industry.The higher weight of the facilities service and management mechanism is the degree of traffic accessibility and advanced development concepts.Secondly,the tourist evaluation points out:1)The target layer score from high to low order is landscape environmental protection,heritage culture protection,facilities Services,Industry development,management mechanism system;2)The highest score under Landscape Environmental Protection Index is terrace landscape protection authenticity,the heritage cultural protection indicators of the highest score is the fanning and handicraft production activities,the highest score in the facility service index level is the traffic accessibility of the scenic spots,and the index scores of the industry development and management mechanism are all lower.Thirdly,comparing the assessment of experts with the scores of tourists,we can see that the ranking of the protection of the landscape environment and heritage culture is consistent with the ranking of evaluation scores,which shows that the direction of the development of the protection of the landscape and environmental protection of the Ziquejie agricultural heritage is correct;experts believe that the development of the industry The weight should be higher than the service facilities,but in the tourist score,the industry development score is lower than the facility service.Therefore,it can be seen that the industrial development needs to be improved;it is worth noting that the management system has the lowest weight and scoring,this is where the next step in Ziquejie agricultural heritage needs great improvement.Based on the experience of the development model of the agricultural heritage of terraced fields at home and abroad,the practical problems existing in the development of Ziquejie field terrace,which are found in the above-mentioned research,are guided by the guiding ideology of "ecology-oriented,protection as the first" and the principles of authenticity,integrity and market This paper attempts to construct the active protection mode of the agro-cultural heritage of Ziquejie community:The model is based on the living protective layer and guided by the direction of development,and forms the development of agro-tourism industry + non-hereditary inheritance + folk culture experience + beautiful rural leisure living mode.At the same time,the operability of the model is validated and analyzed from the aspects of residents 'participation,experts and visitors.Finally,from the research and development of agro-tourism industry system,the project planning of bright spots,the construction of landscape space,participating in cooperation mechanism,facility building and management operation,this paper probes into the implementation of the model to ensure the full realization of the living State protection of Ziquejie agricultural heritage.
