A Study On The Cracking Of Regional Non - Equilibrium Development By Heritage Protection

The protection of the cultural heritage is a kind of career which has a long way to go.For a social commonweal,its main protection body should be social public. It also should be attentioned by local resident,no matter the location of the cultural heritage is located in economic developed area which adjacent to the city or in remote village. Arousing resident’s cognition and responsibility for the cultural heritage is the important meaning of the protection of the cultural heritage. In practice, the protection of the cultural heritage often lies in dilemma,that is the overlapping of the protection area and residence area. The implement of the heritage protection will affect residence’s normal life. It make the heritage protection deviate from the aim which the development of the economic. Hence it produce a lots of problems,including:the great pressure of the population development,the backward of the economic condition and poverty. The non-balanced regional economies social development is obvious.For the non-balanced development problems of the heritage protection area. This thesis try to probe the method which unlock the problem of the non-balanced development of the heritage protection area by analysing the area which Feng Yan terrace located. In this thesis, firstly, I will introduce the related theroy of the regional non-balanced development. And then discuss the non-balanced development of the heritage area (including:inner and outer area).And the key point is the analysis of the reason why the non-balanced development. From it,I extract the argument------heritage protection could unlock the non-balanced regional development. Secondly, I will do case demonstration analysis by Hanyin Feng Yan terrace. Analysing the change of the situation (lay down the plan for protection,the situation before and after implement).Combined with the implementation effect regional policy to prove cultural heritage protection and regional protection could balanced, meanwhile,do expension research for this point by analysing the current situation of the Longgangsi Site.And discuss the cultural heritage protection and regional development of the Longgangsi Site.Finally, draw the conclusion that cultural heritage protection could unlock the non-balanced development of the heritage location.In this study, there are still many inadequacies,hope you correct it immediately.
