Achievement of academic achievement goals is the basic concern of students,parents,and teachers.However,whether students can achieve academic achievement is a proposition that can be affected in many ways.Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention are effective self-regulation strategies and can effectively Helps individuals adjust their cognitive thinking to help achieve goals.The purpose of this study is to prepare questionnaires on the basis of literature analysis at home and abroad,to explore the use of Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention for middle school students to pursue academic goals,and to verify the effectiveness of p Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention for the pursuit of short academic goals for middle school students.To explore the effects of Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention on long-term academic goals of middle school students,we conducted an intention group counseling program.The study is divided into three studies.The results of each part are as follows:(1)First,a questionnaire on Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention of middle school students was compiled,and then the questionnaire was used to analyze the status of Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention of middle school students in Suzhou.The results were as follows:(1)The Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention questionnaire of middle school students were more reasonable.(2)faced with academic goals,middle school students use fewer Mental Contrasting,but they can spontaneously form an Implementation Intention.(3)the level of Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention significantly affected the number of words and quality of the psychological control strategy of target commitment;the two strategic characteristics had no predictive effect on target commitment.(2)In study two,the experimental method was used to compare the reading strategies between students' reading test and the effect of Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention on the short term academic goals.The results showed that:(1)Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention strategy can help middle school students improve their reading comprehension.(2)Second,the superposition of strategies can not produce double effects,and attention should be paid to cognitive load when using strategies.(3)the Mental Contrasting character,the number of execution intention and the instrumental features of Implementation Intention in the quality characteristics of Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention strategy can predict the post test score of reading comprehension,and the strategy should be concerned with the characteristics of the strategy.(3)Study three,self-regulated group counseling program of Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention strategy to intervene the self-regulation strategy of middle school students in order to investigate the influence of group guidance on improving students' academic performance.The results show that group counseling based on Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention strategy can help middle school students to change effectively.The use of good Mental Contrasting and Implementation Intention strategy increases students' goal commitment to academic goals,thus helping to complete the pursuit of academic goals;and the group guidance form is loved and welcomed by the students,and the future school counseling can refer to this easy and easy strategy guidance.
