At present,the academic achievement of college students refers to the comprehensive development of college students throughout the university stage.It refers to the academic performance of the course,as well as the various skills and abilities accumulated for the development of future careers.In recent years,the influencing factors of academic achievement have been refined with the deepening of research,and individual factors such as achievement goal orientation,proactive personality,and academic self-efficacy have gradually attracted the attention of researchers.Achievement goal orientation refers to the individual's cognitive orientation to the purpose or cause of a certain achievement task,and the individual's ability and value judgment on the completion of the task or success,which will have a profound impact on the subsequent behavior.It can be subdivided into mastery-approaching,mastering-avoiding,achievement-approaching,achievement-avoiding orientation.So,can an individual's different achievement goal orientation lead to his or her different levels of academic achievement? Moreover,what is the impact mechanism? Numerous empirical studies have shown that both the individual's proactive personality and academic self-efficacy often act as mediators to influence their academic achievement.So,can achievement goal orientation influence academic achievement by affecting proactive personality and academic self-efficacy?In the past,the research explored the relationship between the four variables or the three,and did not put together the four to explore the relationship between each other.Therefore,based on the previous studies,this paper intends to study 646 normal college students as the research object,and explore the level and characteristics ofachievement goal orientation,proactive personality,academic self-efficacy,academic achievement,and the relationship between the four.And the mechanism of action.Emphasis is placed on the single mediating role of proactive personality and academic self-efficacy in achievement goal orientation and academic achievement,and the chain mediating role of proactive personality and academic self-efficacy.Research shows:(1)The achievement goal orientation of the normal college students is mainly based on mastery-approaching orientation,mastery-avoidance orientation,and achievement-approaching orientation;the proactive personality of normal college students is at the upper-middle level;the academic self-efficacy of normal students is at the upper-middle level;the academic achievement of normal college students is in the middle and upper levels.(2)Achievement goal orientation,proactive personality,academic self-efficacy,and academic achievement are significantly related to each other.(3)The achievement goal orientation of normal college students can influence their academic achievement through their proactive personality;It can also influence its academic achievement through its academic self-efficacy;It is also possible to influence the academic self-efficacy by influencing the proactive personality,and ultimately affect its academic achievement.
