In recent years, the export value of China's cultural products has grown rapidly.Since 2010,China has become the world's largest cultural exporter. However, the export of Chinese cultural products presents extremely unreasonable export structure and uneven export areas.Under the background of the "Belt and Road" strategy,we will deepen the economic and cultural exchanges with the "Belt and Road" countries, expand the influence of Chinese culture, and study the way China's cultural products exports will grow.Optimize the structure of China's cultural products export to the "Belt and Road" countries, and promoting China's Increase in Total Exports and Export Diversity of Cultural Products of "Belt and Road"Countries. This paper analyzes the current status of China's cultural products export to“Belt and Road" countries, and finds that between 2001 and 2016,China's exports to the "Belt and Road" national cultural products generally showed rapid growth.External shocks have a significant impact on China's exports of cultural products to all regions.China's export structure of the cultural products export to the "Belt and Road" countries is also extremely unbalanced, and the proportion of core cultural products is relatively low. Then this paper uses the H-K index method to calculate the dual margin of China's cultural products exports to the"Belt and Road" national. The analysis shows that China's export of cultural products, core cultural products, and related cultural products as well as the growth of exports of cultural products in most regions of the "One Belt and One Road" all rely on intensive marginalization, showing an expansion in quantity. At the same time, the intensive margins and expansion margins of China's cultural products exported to "Belt and Road" countries are not high. While increasing the export value and market share of China's cultural products,we must also pay attention to the increase in export diversity. Finally, based on the Kancs model, this paper carries out the mechanism analysis and empirical research on the influencing factors of China's cultural product export to "Belt and Road" national.China's GDP,the GDP of the"Belt and Road" countries, the similarity of languages, the signing of free trade agreements, the degree of economic freedom, and external shocks have a significant impact on the intensive or marginal expansion of exports of core cultural products.China's GDP,GDP of the"Belt and Road" countries,population-weighted geographical distance, signing of free trade agreements, economic freedom, and external shocks have significant impact on the intensive or marginal expansion of exports of related cultural products. To promote the growth of China's cultural products export to the "Belt and Road" countries,we propose policies including maintain the growth of China's GDP,reduce the cost of exporting cultural products, strengthen international economic and cultural communication, optimize the export structure and growth methods of cultural products.
