Study On The Development Of Integrating Local Traditional Opera Into Campus Culture

The unique style of Chinese opera has a long history and extensive mass foundation.However,in the process of modern urbanization,the opera’s living space has been severely squeezed,the ecological environment of the opera has been strictly damaged,and the drama audience has been seriously decreased.In order to protect the drama culture,the General Office of the State Council,the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the CPC,the Education Department,the Financial Department,and the Ministry of Culture issued the several policies on supporting the inheritance and development of traditional operas from 2015 to 2017.In 2018,rejuvenation of traditional culture has been mentioned on NPC &CPPCC.The national strategy has included the inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,and became the hot issues of social concern.This paper starts from the study of the integration of local opera into the campus cultural and uses questionnaires,interviews,comparison and other methods to conduct researches.First of all,it interprets the relevant policies of the opera into the campus.It uses a questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of the local opera into the campus.It also studies the approach and significance of the opera into universities.Then,conduct a case study on the progress of protection of the Nanchang University Gan Opera Culture and Art Center on the Gan Opera in campus.It carefully analyzed the positive effects on local opera integration into the construction of campus culture through several methods,for example,Center’s rehearsing of new operas,carrying out dramas into campus activities,setting up opera classes,and undertaking the National Art Funding.Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of this Center compared to other Opera Organizations Institution,the major problem has been found,which is a complete drama talent training system has not yet been built.At the end of the article,it viewed the future of the integration of opera into campus culture from the aspects of establishing long-term mechanism and improvingdiscipline construction.Local colleges and universities have a very good humanistic environment where can provide suitable living space for local operas.It is an important action that use of local traditional drama to edify contemporary college students for carrying forward the culture and responding to the national quality education reform,which is definitely necessary.
