The Study Of Chuanqi's Happy Ending In The Late Ming Dynasty

The study object of my paper is the 200 ChuanQi Dramas which was created after Wanli Fifteen years and before the last year Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty.It is mainly study the "Happy ending" phenomena of the late Ming dynasty's drama.The thesis consists of the introduction and three chapters.The introduction mainly defines the concepts of "late Ming dynasty" and "Happy ending".It introduces the development of the Chuanqi drama in late Ming dynasty,and combs up the research achievements of the academic circles on the happy ending.The first chapter divides the late Ming Dynasty legends into five styles according to their content,love drama,historical drama,court drama and current affairs drama.Also classify the end pattern compare to the corresponding drama.In the second chapter,I analyzed several ways of solving the conflict and obtaining reunion from their own reasons and external factors.The third chapter discusses the causes of the late Ming Dynasty happy ending from the aspects of traditional of drama,civilizing function of drama,entertainment function and national psychology.
