From the view of ethics, the Elements of Philosophy of Right of Hegel "embodies the idea of ethics, can be said that the Elements of Philosophy of Right is the ethics of Hegel. The theme of the whole book is the gradual realization of free will in personal and social life.Hegel presupposes the free will as the essence of human being,so the realization of free will is the realization condition of revealing the essence of human being.Based on the Elements of Philosophy of Right, this paper aims to reveal Hegel's basic ideas or theories about the realization of the essence of human beings. In Hegel's theory,we use the three core concepts of"abstract right","morality" and "ethics" to elucidate the stages and conditionality of human' s free will,in order to elucidate the process and conditions of human' s essence development or implementation. He believes that the free will to realize the objective material basis, which is the legislative power of personality;also need to be subject to the ranks of morality, subjective freedom, but in the sense after all need necessity in social relations to achieve freedom, enjoy the rights and obligations of unity.Hegel tried to respond to the theme of the time in such a speculative theoretical form and transcend Kant,s purely formal and internalized moral ideas. This paper is divided into five parts:the preface mainly introduces Hegel' s Elements of Phi'losophy of Right of writing from the need to respond to the theme of the times, and reveals the value proposition of freedom embodied in the Elements of Philosophy of Right. The first chapter mainly through the"external free abstraction" stage in,realize the material base for free, was established for reflection on others and freedom of personality and personality in the form of freedom and passive, the transition to the subject of freedom. The second chapter mainly discusses the "morality" stage of freewill, which achieve the main conditions required for free, erect personal subjectivity, the subjective freedom and asking yourself the freedom form and subjective reflection,in order to transition to the bound free exposition. The third chapter mainly examines the unity of the external and internal decisions of free will in the stage of "ethics",that is to say,in the social environment,it is necessary to guarantee the realization of human freedom, and it also advocates people to play their main initiative,so as to establish the inevitable freedom. The problem of human development and realization is a topic that will never end.Hegel' s point of view in the Elements of Philosophy of Right of the time and later generations have had an impact, but also reflected the obvious limitations. The critical digestion of this ideological heritage in the new era will provide some inspiration and reference for us to think about the development of human beings.
