Early Chinese Ballet Film Analysis

This article defines the time of early Chinese ballet film in the period from the founding of new China to the end of the cultural revolution,that is,1949-1976.Early Chinese ballet film were adapted from Chinese ballet and presented in the form of film.It was the result of the co operation of the movie and the dancers.It was also the product of the development of the ballet and the film to a certain stage,and the special artistic form in the specific historical period.The early Chinese ballet film has distinct creative characteristics,mainly in five aspects: the stage rhythm film,the stage space landscape frame,the dance structure collage,the film lens dance,the stage angle of view diversification.The ballet film "The Red Detachment of Women" is ingenious.It has a wide range of spread,a large number of audiences,and the rich language of the dance drama,presents an unprecedented landscape.Therefore,this article take it as an example,mainly explores its lens shooting,and analyses from six aspects,namely: the dancers in the panorama,the hero in the feature,the dance segment in the long lens,the narrative of the scene scheduling,the action of the lens intensification,and the relationship between the characters in the middle of the six aspects.The ballet film "The Red Detachment of Women" is very popular at the time.It appeared unprecedented prosperity at that time,and the ballet has been put on as the classic of the times.This article rethinks the spread of the events at that time: People's recognition of the works,the film closely linked the works with the audience in these two aspects.At the same time,I explores the transformation between the ballet and the film,first of all,the change of the film language,that is,the five aspects of the changes in the content,rhythm,movement,direction and characteristics of the film.The second is the adjustment of the language of the ballet,that is,the eight aspects: the content of the ballet,the scenery,the makeup,the costume,the stage space,the rhythm of the ballet,the structure of the ballet,the view point of the audience and the way of presentation.
