In recent years,with the development and perfection network technology in our country,online shopping as a brand-new shopping model has also gradually grown.Online shopping is gradually becoming the most popular with its unique convenience,high quality and low price..One of the shopping models,however,is that while online shopping brings people benefits,it also exposes many ethical anomie problems,such as exaggerating propaganda,false pricing,and shoddy stuff.This study has a very positive significance in understanding the ethical issues brought about by online shopping and further proposing relevant solutions.This paper is mainly composed of three chapters.The first chapter explains the subject of this study,the survey method and the basic results of the relevant research.The second chapter analyzes the ethical issues that arise in the social use of online shopping from the problems that contemporary Chinese consumers and merchants face when they conduct transactions.The ethical issues that arise in online shopping in contemporary China are mainly reflected in three aspects: first,the moral imbalance in the display of merchant information;second,the moral imbalance in consumer online shopping;and third,the moral imbalance in logistics distributions problem.After analyzing the ethical issues,the main reasons for the problems were: first,the influence of traditional Chinese consumption habits;second,the influence of traditional Chinese consumption habits;and third,the legal system related to online shop.The third chapter mainly aims at the question that is put forward in the second chapter and makes some proposals about improving social applying of orthography.The proposals are perfecting orthographic rules,strengthening the social promotion of orthographic and raising the users' recognition degree to Chinese.The third chapter proposes solutions to the ethical issues arising from online shopping.First of all,we must further improve e-commerce laws and regulations.Second,we must use sound industry mechanisms to optimize the online shopping environment.We must again raise people's ethical awareness when they shop online.
