Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Cultural Tourism In Fenghuang County Under The Background Of Supply-side Structural Reform

As a strategic pillar industry and a new growth point,tourism plays an important role in the national economy.The transformation and upgrading of tourism is an important measure for China transforming from the traveling great nation to the traveling powerful one and optimizing the adjustment of China's economic structure.With the development of social economy and the change of people's consumption,cultural tourism has become a new upsurge.To realize the goal of let cultural tourism make the county strong,prosperous and rich,Fenghuang County must comprehensively promote the transformation and upgrading of the cultural tourism industry.In 2015,"supply-side structural reforms"had been put forward,which requires better meeting the needs of the people.It will bring new opportunities and new impetus to the transformation and upgrading of the cultural tourism industry in Fenghuang County.This article studies the development status of the cultural tourism industry in Fenghuang Countythrough field research and literature researches.On this basis,this paper points out the advantages and limitations of industrial transformation and upgrading,integrates the"transformation and upgrading" into the background of "Supply-side structural reform",and proposes feasible countermeasures.The whole text is mainly divided into four parts:The first chapter sorts out relevant theories and researches such as tourism economics,industrial transformation and upgrading,and supply-side structural reforms,and finds that the cultural tourism research on Fenghuang County from the perspective of supply-side reform and industrial transformation and upgrading is less.The second chapter analyzes the current advantages and limitations of the transformation and upgrading based on the history and status of the development of the cultural tourism industry in Fenghuang County.The third chapter analyzes the importance of the transformation and upgrading of the cultural tourism industry in Fenghuang County in the context of supply-side reform,explores the correlation mechanism between "supply-side reform" and the transformation and upgrading of the cultural tourism industry in Fenghuang County,and analyzes the mechanism of supply-side reforms to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.The fourth chapter discusses the transformation and upgrading countermeasures of culture tourism industry of Fenghuang County under the new background,and elaborates from development concept,development model,and implementation path,with the hope of providing realistic guidance for the transformation and upgrading and sustainable development of Fenghuang County's cultural tourism industry.
