Research On The Path Of Structural Reform On The Supply Side Of Public Culture In Dalian

The construction of public culture is the connotation of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The construction of public culture can promote the development of socialist culture in China,increase the public cultural soft power of our country,and at the same time enhance the cultural quality of urban residents and make a positive contribution to building a harmonious and prosperous country.At the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the structural reform of public cultural supply is an infiltration of ideas,development concepts,and profound changes in the entire economic community,deepening the structural reform of public cultural supply,and promoting social and cultural development.Development and reform of the public cultural supply structure not only ensured the city's residents' basic rights in public culture,but also made positive contributions to more and better satisfaction of the cultural needs of urban residents.From a traditional perspective,public cultural provision is one of the government's public service jobs.As a functional department of public supply,the structural reform of public cultural supply is an inherent factor in the performance of government functions.However,the traditional unified distribution model of public cultural provision can only guarantee the most basic needs of urban residents,and this most basic demand can no longer meet the cultural needs of the people's diversity.Therefore,the supply of urban and rural areas meets the needs of people of different ages,occupations,and education levels and truly achieves the equalization of public cultural supply services.This study sorts out the reform and development process of public cultural provision in Dalian,analyzes the problems and causes of structural reforms in public cultural provision in Dalian,and finally proposes a structural reform of public cultural supply in Dalian in light of the public cultural supply situation in Dalian.This article has a certain preliminary and innovative role and value for the development of public cultural service construction in Dalian.Therefore,the structural reforms and countermeasures of the supply side of public culture in Dalian are practical and empirical researches.
