Chinese Communication Under The Background Of 6 "The Belt And Road"

In the "The Belt and Road" construction in Southeast Asia is in the key position,facing Southeast Asia complex political and economic policies,multi language,nationality,culture,to do a good job of interoperability,do people communicate,need a lot of understanding of language and culture and China understand local conditions and sentiments of the Chinese people,just Under these conditions,they are bridge between China and Southeast Asian countries.Besides,with the emergence and development of overseas Chinese immigrants in Southeast Asia,we can say that the immigration history of Chinese and overseas Chinese is the history of Chinese communication.In the international communication of Chinese,in addition to the Chinese government,relevant international organizations and non-governmental organizations,Chinese and overseas Chinese are the main power of folk communication,which can achieve the sound and silent effect of moistening things.The communication of human beings can overcome the limitations of "unsatisfactory"in language communication and make the content of the spread more intimate and natural.Vivid and meaningful,it is clearer,clearer and more specific.On the basis of combing research data,this paper mainly introduces language needs and opportunities for the spread of Chinese in southeast Asia under "the Belt and Road"construction,and analyze the overseas Chinese's role in the spread of Chinese.Expounded the present situation and characteristics of the overseas Chinese history shows the spread of overseas Chinese from unconscious to conscious,and with the aid of Chinese education,Chinese media,such as the media of the Chinese language and culture,discusses their role in the spread.The paper also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of influencing Chinese overseas Chinese.Therefore,some Suggestions are put forward:to improve the policy of overseas Chinese affairs and to "solve the problem" for overseas Chinese;To seize the opportunity of The Times and optimize the teaching strength of Chinese education;Training talents for the construction demand of "wutong";To promote the fine,accurate and deep propagation of southeast Asian Chinese media,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the dissemination of Chinese language in southeast Asia,so as to provide reference for the optimization of the communication of Chinese in southeast Asia.
