Chamber music is the most representative of Brahms's composing career,and it is also the accumulation and precipitation of his legendary experience.The Viola and Piano Sonata No.2 in E flat major,Op.120 is the last chamber music work in his later years.The musical form is unique,the theme is distinct,and the collocation of instrumental music is varied.This paper focuses on the life and background of European culture,the first movement of sonata,the second movement of three complex form,the third movement of variations are analyzed in-depth by the intention of communication and echos with the composer from the theoretical and practical level. |
