Research Of The Design And Application Of Porcelain Flower Container Integrated Into 3D Printing Process

Porcelain flower container is a kind of utensil that can hold flowers,grow flowers and arrange flowers,which is closely related to flower arranging art.The traditional porcelain flower container has a long history in China,which not only has material function,but also cultural functions,such as humanity,symbolism,aesthetics,etc.With the changes of the times,the development of science and technology and the application of new materials,porcelain flower container is facing the dilemma of inheritance and development.Taking the porcelain flower container as the research object,the 3D printing process is integrated into the innovative design of porcelain flower container in this thesis.First,the development and changes of the traditional porcelain flower container and production process are systematically analyzed and summarized by the literature research method,and get the conclusion of container.On this basis,I have done some researches and analyses on contemporary products of the porcelain flower container.including the present situation of product consumption,consumer demands for the products of the porcelain flower container and the application of new technology in the current situation in the ceramic field,so as to find out the difficulties faced by contemporary products of the porcelain flower container.Second,in view of the contemporary background of the rapid development of science and economy,and the difficulties faced by the products of the porcelain flower container,the agreement between the porcelain flower container and the modern science and technology is found.Through experimental method,the characteristics of porcelain flower container forming in 3D printing process are summarized according to the experimental method.Last,according to the technological characteristics of 3D printing,combined with aesthetics and design,the traditional design of porcelain flower container is innovated.Through the innovative design of porcelain flower container model,flowers and implements can complement each other very well,enhancing the aesthetic value,functional value and cultural connotation of porcelain flower container.The porcelain flower container produced has the beauty of machine and the beauty of order.It can get rid of the limitation of the traditional handicraft,improve the design level of theimplement,expand the space of the design of the porcelain flower container,and provide reference for the inheritance and development of the traditional handicraft.
