The Character And Singing Skills Of Jekyll And Hyde In The Musical Jekyll And Hyde

The musical “Jekyll and Hyde”focuses on the “good”and the “eveil”of human nature,Jekyll and Hyde are the embodiment of the two human nature,and run through the whole story.In order to better interpret the two roles,the author analyzes the characters and singing skills of Jekyll and Hyde in the conmbination of“Confrotation”.The main body of the thesis consists of four parts : first,the author briefly teased out the background,lyricist and synopsis of the play to understand the roles deeply.Second,condidering the characters of three different stages,it made the concrete nanlysis.then,the lyric,melody and singing sklls of the representative works“ Confrontation ” are analyzed.finally,I will describe my own experience and feelings about playing the role,and summarize the thesis.
