Reaearch On Function And Realization Path Of Folk Culture In Rural Communities Governance

Community governance embodies the state governance in grassroots community,and it's a cornerstone for the modernization of national governance system and capability.With the further development of rural community construction in China,higher demands for the development of rural community governance have been put forward correspondingly.Folk culture,which originates from the rural society,is an emotional bond to maintain the relationship between the local people and a moral standard that restrains the rural life.Diverse functions of folk culture play an important role in constructing a well-ordered rural community and enhancing the community welfare in the rural area.It can further achieve the goal of creating a well-governed rural community.It also can promote the construction of a harmonious society in the countryside.This paper mainly uses the methods of governance theory,cultural capital theory,the theory of cultural rights,and case analysis to analyze and summarize the social functions of identification,standardization,maintenance and education of folk culture.What's more,It's discusses the relationship between the realization of the folklore culture function and the construction of the rural community's good order and the welfare of the rural community,and puts forward the people of the folk culture in the rural community governance.The path to realize the function of the vulgar culture governance.The study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance,summarizes the domestic and foreign research status Qf folk culture and rural community governance at home and abroad,formulating the framework and methods of the structure content of this article,and puts forward the innovation and deficiency of the article.The second part is the related concept and theoretical basis.This paper expounds the concept of "rural community governance","folk culture" and "cultural governance",and makes a systematic analysis of the theory of governance,cultural capital theory and cultural rights,in order to provide a solid theoretical basis for the article.The third part is the function of folk culture to achieve the construction of rural community order.Firstly,the landscape village community is introduced as the research object,and the main folklore culture and the rural community governance development are briefly summarized.Secondly,the connotation of the rural community order is explained from three aspects of political order,economic order and cultural order.Finally,the relationship between the realization of the function of folk custom and the construction of the rural community order is summarized through the case analysis.The fourth part is the realization of the function of folk culture to the construction of rural community welfare.From the perspective of political,economic and cultural welfare,the content of rural community welfare is analyzed,and the effect of folklore cultural function on the welfare of the rural community is summarized and summed up by case analysis.The last part is the path to realize the governance function of folk culture.On the basis of the reference of the theory of governance,the theory of cultural capital and the theory of cultural rights,in view of the problems existing in the governance of the folk culture in the rural community,this paper tries to put forward the ideas of reshaping new rural living space,constructing the new system of folklore culture value and the system of rule of law,and speeding up the integration of the popular culture into the governance of the rural community,so as to promote the realization of the rural community goals.
