A Research Of The Urban Community Culture Construction Of Our Country—under The Horizon Of Governance

At present,the community is the basic unit of city governance,and the great part of demand for cultural consumption is concentrated in the community.On the other hand,how to strengthen the education of people and to strengthen the socialist core values through the culture of community is also one of the focuses of work of the party and government.Therefore,the construction of urban community culture has received extensive attention of the whole society,and the construction and development is getting more and more the attention of the country.The construction of urban community culture shows more and more important position and function.The construction of urban community culture is not only a part of the system of socialist advanced culture construction in China,but also the important way for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in new development stage,as well as an effective form of socialist core values to carry out the "prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized and harmonious,freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,patriotic,dedicated,sincere,friendly" in the new historical stage.Under the background of promoting the rule of law,this paper uses the theory of social governance,especially the theory of polycentric governance,combining with the theory of Marxism and Chinese characteristics,analyze construction of urban community culture and put forward some advice to promote the construction of urban community culture in researching each participant.This paper includes five parts:the first chapter of this article is background and research significance,which is the induction and analysis of current research status at home and abroad,as well as the researching ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter is mainly involved summarize and analysis of the construction of urban community culture during this paper,especially interpretation of social governance theory in this paper.The third chapter is summarize and analysis of function for rule of each participant in construction of city community culture,and the relationship between them.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and internal causes in the construction of urban community culture.Based on the above analysis,the fifth chapter is suggestions to strengthen the construction of community culture in city.
