The Study Of Chuang-tzu's View On Life And Death

Life is a magical existence.From the birth of life,it is bound to die.The question of life and death is something no one can avoid.Since the beginning of mankind,death is the ultimate background of all human consciousness and life history,and the thinking and attitude towards death will influence the activities of life on a large scale.In the thoughts on life and death in the past dynasties,Chuang-tzu's transcendence of life and death,the aesthetic view of death and the way to face death,is worthy of pondering and savoring.The philosophy of Chuang-tzu's thoughts is full of thinking about life.Zhuangzi's exploration of life and death issues,originated from the plight of people's survival,is free from life and death,and finally returns to the practice of the present world.It involves thinking about life,thinking about death,and exploring the course of life and death.In this paper,the study of Chuang-tzu's view is divided into four parts:the first chapter,discusses the background of Chuang-tzu's view to grasp the thoughts from the overall,which includes the social background,the philosophy foundation "Tao"and the relativity of Chuang-tzu's epistemology.Chuang-tzu's view of life and death is carried out under the control of "Tao",and the death of human being is the result of natural operation.In relativistic epistemology,life and death are not opposites,they are different forms of life.Chapter two and chapter three are the main part of the view of Chuang-tzu,respectively discusses the transcendental view of Chuang-tzu and how to practice,the two view constitute Chuang-tzu's thought system.The necessity of life and death,the restriction of life and the disorder of reality forced Chuang-tzu to think about the nature of life and the dilemma,so he put forward the concept of transcendental life and death.The irresistible of Life and death,gasification and aggregation of discrete,and there is no difference on life and death,so we can go beyond life and death.Then Chuang-tzu build his view of transcendence,break through the shackles of life and death,and hunan can be free from life and death.Rising to transcendence is not the end point of Chuang-tzu's view of life and death,it finally returns to life and death,returns to the society for freedom.Therefore,Chuang-tzu advocated that we should preserve the life from injury in the world,and more importantly,we should cure spirit for freedom with no negative and fatigue.Chuang-tzu found a point between spiritual freedom and practice.Chuang-tzu' s thinking about life and death is so unique and full of wisdom because it points to the essence of life and enlighten people to rediscover life.The fourth chapter is the revelation of life and death which we can get from Chuang-tzu.It inspires people to preserve the essence of life in a changing society,pursue the meaning of life,and face life and death with a positive and optimistic attitude.In the end,death is the root of all problems and the answer to all questions.Only when one realizes death can one truly live.
