The Protection And Use Patterns Of The Small And Medium-sized Sites

With rapid economic development and urbanization,the contradiction between site protection and urban development is increasingly sharp,small and medium-sized sites,because of its small area,is easy to be ignored in the construction,and once destroyed,there is a complete danger of disappearance.Therefore,it is necessary to take some means to effectively protect the small and medium-sized sites,and can also use the sites to bring social and economic benefits to the city.This article takes the small and medium-sized sites in the urban planning area as the research object,combs the relevant documents on the protection of cultural heritage sites,and research process of the protection of large sites,the protection of sites in cities.This article also analyzes the factors of site destruction,compares and summarizes the protection and utilization work of the small and medium-sized sites in some urban planning area at home and abroad,and summarizes four types of protection modes of open-air protection,backfill protection,coverage protection,other protection,and park mode,site museum mode,comprehensive utilization mode,and reuse mode.This article analyzes them separately to find out the resolution to protect and use in order to provide some references for the scientific protection and utilization of the sites.The content of this article is mainly divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly discusses the background,cause and meaning of the topic,reviews and summarizes some of the relevant areas of research that have important implications for the study of this article,briefly introduces the research ideas,methods and content of this article.The second chapter is about the features of small and medium-sized sites and the problems they face.It is intended to analyze the characteristics,functions,and values of small and medium-sized sites.On this basis,it will be put into the context of urban development to describe thecurrent problems of protection of smallandmedium-sizedsites in urban planning areasin China.The third chapter is the research and analysis of the protection model.It explains the current status of the preservation of small and medium-sized sites in the current urban planning area of China,and try to combine the mode of protection of small and medium-sized sites in the development of cities in Italy,Canada,Norway,and Japan,and summarize the general feasible methods and analyze them.The fourth chapter is to study the use of patterns.It explains the status quo of the use of small and medium-sized sites in the current urban planning area in China and combine the existing attempts in the utilization of small and medium-sized sites in the development of cities in Italy,Athens,Canada and Japan,and then summarize and analyze the utilization patterns of such sites.The fifth chapter is a summary.It summarizes the dissertation and viewpoints of the full text,and puts forward the deficiencies in this research and the direction of future effort.
