At present, a lot of research and analysis about the phenomenon of serious harm to thehealth of the management staff were made by the domestic and foreign experts. The resultshow that the top ten killers of harm to human health were related to the diseases aboutpsychological factors. Entrepreneurs who were exactly at high risk of many diseases.Because of this, many international business about psychology services organization wereborne correspondingly. The depth study on the mental heath of small and medium-sizedprivate enterprises in Anhui Province staff were conducted by the method of usingliterature, comparative study and researching methods. Summed up the characteristics ofthe psychological problems and analyzed the cause of the problem of small andmedium-sized private sector employees in Anhui Province.The thesis was divided into five chapters. Chapter one was an introduction, discussedthe subject background which including the issues proposed, research status, purpose andsignificance, methods, the possible definition of innovation and related concepts. Thesecond chapter was a comparative study of the psychological problems of small andmedium-sized private sector employees which focused on the dynamics of small andmedium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, discussed how to solve the psychologicalproblems of the staff abroad and learnt from international experience. The third chapterwas the analysis related psychological problems and current situation of small andmedium-sized private enterprises in Anhui Province. Combined with the staff overview ofthe development of small and medium-sized enterprises, Investigation of the employees’psychology of seven small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province, and then asummary and analysis of the problems. The forth chapter was the requirements which wasproposed by economic and social development about psychological problems of small andmedium-sized enterprises’ employees in Anhui province. The requirements of theeconomic and social background, as well as the construction of small and medium-sizedprivate enterprises in Anhui province were discussed. The fifth chapter was to strengthenthe ideological and political education of small and medium-sized private sector employees,then to raise the level of mental construction. Started with two ways which were thepsychology and solutions of management and employees to sum up, then combined withideological and political discipline, finally reformed and promoted the countermeasuresthat the healthy development of the psychological problems of small and medium-sizedprivate sector employees.The healthy development of strengthening ideological and political education work were proposed on the16th central file. In order to more effectively promote the furthersocio-economic development and guarantee the sustainable development of small andmedium-sized private sector in Anhui Province, the target of the ideological and politicaleducation and mental health education must be always insisted, the economic and socialconditions must be combined in Anhui Province and the professional-oriented must bereasonable stetted.
