Lixian County, Small And Medium-sized Tomb Of Qin Installments And Related Issues

The confirmation of Dabuzi Moutain Xichui Cemetery of Qin in Lixian country, established the unique and important position during the development of the early Qin culture in Lixian county area.In order to further clarify the early history of Qin and trace the development of the early capital of Qin and explore the origin of Qin culture, Gansu Province Institute of Archaeology, the National Museum of China, Archaeology and Museology of Peking University, Shaanxi Archaeological Research Institute, Northwestern University Museology 5 units combined, launched the project of " the Early Qin Culture Survey,Excavation and Research " in 2004. From the beginning of 2004 a series of archaeological work were done in the Xihanshui River region, particularly in Li County area, and in 2005 excavated the site of Western Moutain in Lixian County.This thesis is based on the grave materials of the site of Western Moutain, and collected the grave materials of Yuandingshan Moutain Cemetery in 1998 and 2000, the graves of the site of Dabuzi moutain in 2006 and 2007,in Lixian County. By the typological studies of the pottery in the small and medium graves of Qin in Li County area, initially established the decade Sequence of the small and medium tombs of Qin in Lixian County area. This paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter IMake a brief introduction on the Xihanshui River and Lixian County area the geographical environment and history, the archaeological excavations'overview of the sites of Qin culctrure and the related research present situation of the graves of Qin;Chapter IIBy the typological studies of the small and medium graves of Qin's the structure of grave, the posture of peoples in graves and coffins;ChapterⅢBy the typological studies of the pottery and the pottery combination in the small and medium graves of Qin in Lixian County area;Chapter IVCompared the information of Qin tombs in surrounding areas, the small and medium graves of Qin in Lixian County area is divided into seven stages:the late-middle phrase of Western Zhou Dynasty, the late phrase of Western Zhou Dynasty, the early phrase of the Spring and Autumn, the middle phrase of the Spring and Autumn, the late phrase of the Spring and Autumn, the early phrase of Warring States period and the middle phrase of Warring States period, and briefly described the issues and problems reflected by the stage of he small and medium graves of Qin in Lixian County area;Chapter VStudies on related problems. To do a simple discussion about the formation time of the Qin Culture combined with the tombs of Qin in Lixian County area. On the basis of existing archaeological information in Lixian County area combine with the literature on the history, do some researches on the early capital of Qin:Quanqiu and Xitrui;Chapter VIThe conclusion. Make conclusions about the small and medium graves of Qin in Lixian county area.
