Research On Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Xun County

The international community firmly believes that peace is bound to be based on the unity of human morality and intelligence.Through the preservation of heritage and support for cultural diversity,UNESCO has achieved cross-cultural understanding.This has laid an important position for intangible cultural heritage.In order to achieve sustainable development in the social,environmental,and economic levels,countries must proceed from their own resource endowments.Intangible cultural heritage is an excellent local culture of every country.It is a valuable resource that is worth sharing among all human beings,and it is also an academic research and related application.China also has a wealth of intangible cultural heritage resources,each of which has historical,scientific,artistic,educational,and other values,it has become an important foundation and a key driving force for economic and social development and the ultimate realization of the great national rejuvenation.Since 2003,China has joined the United Nations Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage,so far there have been many advances in related theoretical research and professional practice.The “13th Five-Year Plan Outline for the National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Three-Year Action Plan for Internet+Chinese Civilization” and “Suggestions on Implementing the Inheritance and Development Project of the Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture”has created a suitable environment for the development and prosperity of the excellent traditional culture of the people.It is both the requirements of the social and the economy to protect and utilize the intangible cultural heritage.Xun County is a state-level historical and cultural city combining classical and modern in the northern part of the Yubei Plain.There are not only Dapi Mountain,Ancient City Walls and other important cultural relics,but also have a series of rich and intangible cultural heritages such as the Nigugu,Daping opera,Folk fire,and the ancient temple fair in January.The current research in the academia focuses on the improvement of protection theory,the construction of legal systems and other supporting systems,the introduction of modern management models,and the protection and development of heritage sites.The intangible cultural heritage of Xun County is limited to case studies.Most of them are indestructible projects that have already reached the national directory,but fail to reflect the current status of the protection and use of the entire heritage of the county.The subject of the entire intangible cultural heritage of the county is still to be studied.Based on this,on the one hand,on the basis of public information on government portals,the article systematically sorts out all the intangible cultural heritage resources in Xun County,and makes a project profile list of fourth-level protection list in order trepresent Xun County mostly,and present a brief overview of the representative projects of local characteristics,traditional arts and folklore projects that have been made,so that the regional features of the intangible cultural heritage of Xun County can be more intuitively displayed.On the other hand,the article has an in-depth analysis of the background and causes of the intangible cultural heritage in Xun County,and the excavation of the value of intangible cultural heritage.At the same time,through the field inspection of the intangible cultural heritage project of Xun County,and visiting the representative inheritors,we can fully understand the status quo of the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage in Xun County,and the article summarizes and analyzes the regional features and value functions of the intangible cultural heritage of Xun County,with a view to safeguarding the local intangible cultural heritage of Xun County,under the social background of accelerating urbanization reform pace,it also provides the appropriate foundation and preparation for the local intangible cultural heritage in Xun County.
