An Analysis Of Supporting Policies For Protecting Intangible Cultural Heritages Of The State Of Qiandongnan

The intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of human creativity,imagination,wisdom and labor,and a vivid display of the diversity of human culture.In the view of history and the existence of intangible cultural heritage,the intangible cultural heritage also contains more cultural memory.China has rich and widely distributed intangible cultural heritage.By adopting scientific and reasonable protection measures,it can effectively promote the inheritance and development of our traditional culture,enhance our national cohesion and promote the steady development of our society and economy.However,with the extension of the era,in the context of global economic integration and modernization,and the rapid development of urbanization in the twenty-first Century,retaining cultural memory,protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritage have become an important issue in the development of human society.Therefore,in order to better protect and develop the intangible cultural heritage,the national governments of the world have also actively introduced relevant protection policies and measures.At present,the protection work of intangible cultural heritage in China is still in the primary stage.It in urgent need to conduct a comprehensive,specific guidance and norms from the policy level.According to China's national conditions and the actual situation,the goverment need to introduce appropriate policies from the state to the local to innovatively protect and develope the intangible cultural heritage,aiming to promote the smooth development of China's intangible cultural heritage protection and management.The local government's implementation and refinement of the non-Legacy protection work is playing an indelible role in the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of our country.This paper reviews,analysis and researches the system of China's intangible cultural heritage protection policy,taking the international and national related policies and experiences as the research basis,focusing on the current protecting and developing situation of Qiandongnan Prefecture,taking the national intangible cultural heritage project "ancient Miao song" in Huangping county as an example and analyzing how to better protect and develope the intangible cultural heritage in the perspective of the goverment policy of Qiandongnan state.The first chapter mainly introduces China's central government related policies of "intangible cultural heritage",at the same time introduces several foreign developed countries' cultural heritage protection work;the second chapter describes the status of intangible cultural heritage protection in Qiandongnan and Huangping County;the third chapter focuses on analyzing the related cultural heritage protection policy issued by Qiandongnan prefecture;The fourth chapter analysises and discusses the existing state of Qiandongnan intangible cultural heritage protection policy basing on the case study in Huangping county ancient Miaosong;the fifth chapter makes six suggestions to Qiandongnan intangible cultural heritage protection policy from the perspective of the protection and development of the ancient Miao song and the basis of the actual situation of Qiandongnan non heritage protection work.
