With the development of education informatization,multimedia assisted instruction has become the favorite of education and the help of teaching reform.Micro-video is used by education workers to help teaching in class with its short,strong,focused and targeted features.The micro-video can create a teaching situation vividly.Help the students to feel the charm of language use,cultivate the students' oral English ability,and facilitate the teachers to implement the classroom teaching flexibly and efficiently,and promote the students' learning enthusiasm and arouse their interest in learning.This study explores the application of micro-video in oral English teaching,from creating an English-speaking environment through micro-video to Improve their interest in English and solve the problem of students' reluctance to speak English to improve the level of spoken English.Taking Qinhuangdao K middle school as an example,through literature research,questionnaire survey,the observation and experiment method,It is found that students have weak expressive ability,low learning enthusiasm,English pronunciation is not standard and so on.Again,choose Ren includes eighth grade oral teaching material and the characteristics of the eighth grade students,for example,to comb,its content and goal of construction of the project teaching strategies: Before teaching,use micro-video to accumulate vocabulary,create a real situation at the beginning of teaching,use video to improve the pronunciation of vocabulary in the process of teaching and to help students improve their oral expression ability after class.Then through the control class and the experimental class oral test,the study shows that after the application of micro-video in oral English teaching,Students' interest in learning has improved significantly,the topic is more specific,English pronunciation is more standard and expression is more emotive.Finally It is concluded that micro-video can help improve students' oral expression ability in oral English teaching.
